Rice Graduate Apartments is a garden style complex located just north of campus. These apartments were designed with you, the Rice University graduate student, in mind. Constructed in 1999, the Graduate Apartments is a three story residential facility with elevator access. A fixed number of wheelchair accessible units are available in a variety of configurations. The management works with disabled tenants to provide reasonable accommodations on a case by case basis. Advance request is necessary to reserve a wheelchair accessible room.
